개인정보처리방침

핸드팬코리아(이하 "운영자")는 PanRest 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보: 연습 기록, 설정, 구매 상태 등은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
마이크: '내 핸드팬과 함께 연주' 기능을 사용할 때에만 이용자의 허락을 받아 마이크를 사용합니다. 소리는 기기 안에서 음을 인식하는 데에만 쓰이며, 녹음 파일로 저장하거나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.

2. 광고

무료 버전에는 광고가 표시됩니다. 앱은 맞춤형(개인화) 광고를 사용하지 않으며, 비개인화 광고만 제공합니다. 광고를 표시하는 과정에서 광고 파트너가 광고 전달·빈도 제한·부정행위 방지를 위해 기기 정보(예: IP 주소, 기기 종류, OS 버전)를 처리할 수 있습니다. 유료 버전(PLUS, PRO)에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.

3. 결제

앱 내 구매와 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 운영자는 이용자의 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 개인정보와 관련한 문의·요청은 아래 연락처로 보내주세요.

7. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy

Handpan Korea ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the PanRest app (the "App"). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Information we collect

The App does not require an account and does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number.

Data stored on your device: practice history, settings and purchase status are stored only on your device.
Microphone: the App uses the microphone only when you use the "play along with your own handpan" feature, and only with your permission. Audio is used on the device to recognise notes; it is not saved as a recording or sent off the device.

2. Advertising

The free version shows ads. The App does not use personalised ads — only non-personalised ads are shown. To deliver ads, our advertising partner may process device information (such as IP address, device type and OS version) for ad delivery, frequency capping and fraud prevention. Paid versions (PLUS, PRO) show no ads.

3. Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your card or payment details.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices

Deleting the App removes the App data stored on your device. For any privacy question or request, contact us at the address below.
